Potato Valentine

A Red Gold from our 2009 harvest that went into the Valentine Soup. It was even sprouting arteries at the top! You can almost hear this heart beating the promise of Spring, and it tastes like yum-Summer. We used other potatoes to carve and print valentines on handmade paper embedded with seeds from seasons past.
